2. Promotional Conditions

2.1 No coupons / no stacking

• No coupons can be applied during the Sale period, unless a code is expressly issued by us for this Sale.
• You cannot stack multiple discount codes, coupons, or free gift promotions in a single order unless explicitly stated on the offer.
• Where more than one promotion could apply, we reserve the right to determine which promotion is honoured.

2.2 Sale availability & changes

• All Sale offers are subject to stock availability and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• We may modify, extend or end the Sale (or any individual offer) at our discretion, including due to stock levels, system performance or other operational reasons.

3. Orders, Payment & Cancellations

3.1 Orders placed during the Sale are offers to purchase products at the advertised Sale price, subject to our acceptance and product availability.

3.2 No cancellations or changes: Once an order is placed during the Sale, it cannot be cancelled, edited or merged. Please carefully check your cart (products, quantities and shipping address) before confirming payment.

3.3 Payment must be received in full and cleared prior to dispatch. If payment fails or is declined, we may cancel the order.

3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors.

4. Fulfilment & Delivery (High Demand Period)

4.1 Due to significantly increased demand during the Sale, fulfilment times may be extended. While we always aim for same-day dispatch for orders placed before our daily cut-off, during the Sale we cannot guarantee same-day dispatch.

4.2 Please allow for potential fulfilment delays of up to 1–2 business days from the time your order is placed. We will endeavour to process orders as quickly as possible and keep you informed of any material delays.

4.3 Delivery times quoted at checkout are estimates from the carrier and are in addition to any fulfilment delays. Once an order has left our warehouse, transit times and any shipping delays are outside our direct control.

4.4 During peak Sale periods, carriers may also experience network congestion which can further extend delivery times.

5. Returns, Refunds & Australian Consumer Law

5.1 Kava products are classified as food products. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns where you have simply changed your mind, ordered the wrong product, or no longer want the goods. No change-of-mind returns are available for orders placed during the Sale.

5.2 If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess your claim and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

5.3 Nothing in these Sale Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You may be entitled to a refund or replacement where goods are not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or do not match their description.

6. Stock, Pricing & System Errors

6.1 All Sale items are offered strictly while stocks last. Once a product or free gift allocation is exhausted, the offer will no longer apply.

6.2 In the event of a pricing, description or technical error (including during high-traffic periods), we reserve the right to correct the error and cancel or amend any affected orders, even if you have received an order confirmation.

6.3 During large Sale events, website performance may be impacted. You acknowledge that slow page loads, checkout delays or temporary outages can occur due to heavy traffic, and we are not liable for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the website.

• Free gifts, bonus Coco sets, straining bags or similar promotions are strictly while stocks last.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one major gift or bonus promotion may apply per order. You cannot stack multiple free gift offers in a single transaction.
• Free gifts have no cash value, cannot be substituted for other products, and are not eligible for exchange or refund.

7.2 Quantity limits & anti-reselling

• We may impose per-customer or per-household purchase limits on certain Sale products to help maintain fair access.
• We may cancel or reduce any order that appears to be for resale, bulk purchasing or otherwise inconsistent with normal consumer use.

9.1 These Sale Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
