Melo Melo is just as the name suggests a nice melo peaceful drink. I’m a non drinker & very busy, I like my down time to be relaxed. I like having my cuppa, but this now is the new cuppa & it’s great. It is not as heavy as some but this is by no means inferior… just peaceful & clear. This has helped me sleep better as well. Also much much better than taking a naturopathic version.

Had my first introduction to Kava last night through the Vanuatu Natural Kava from Australian Kava Shop and couldnt have enjoyed my experience more. Appreciate the clear instructions on the back of the pack!

Having had the opportunity to try the Fiji Harmony kava blend for the first time over the weekend, I am happy to report that I was thoroughly impressed. We followed the instructions to prepare it here at home and found this process to be really easy and frankly, pretty fun & imagine this would be a great thing to do with a group of mates.
We did this when we may have probably had a beer or glass or wine.
The effects were fairly imminent and just very kind of peaceful and relaxing, without any kind of mental fog , such an advantage.
A very mellow feeling that was actually a great conversational tool! I certainly felt really comfortable throughout.
Just a thoroughly enjoyable experience without any hint of overwhelm.
We had a lovely big fresh fruit platter too and this was a good suggestion by the Australian kava crew.
A really important part of this , for me, was that I slept so well, undisturbed through the night, which can sometimes be tricky for me. And crucially, in the morning, there was zero kind of 'hangover' effect, which I had thought there may be. It is easy to see why people might choose kava as opposed to alcohol, for many factors, but perhaps mainly this one.
The potential benefits of kava in regard to sleeplessness, insomnia, even anxiety are pretty significant I would think & being that this is a natural source, just a heap better for your body, than other ways people may tackle those problems.
I also have to thank the entire staff for such prompt & considered responses to any queries at all. It ensured great customer service & a hassle free delivery.
The price point also was entirely reasonable, very good value for money.
Can honestly say I would recommend this product to anyone having any sleep difficulties ( or anyone curious really), have done already & will in future.
We will definitely be incorporating this in future for small social gatherings & just want to thank Cam & crew for all their input.

As a newcomer to kava, I wasn't too keen on the brewing process. The Aluball seemed a quick and easy option and the reviews were great. I can confirm that it works with non-Aluball shakers and is easy to use. Just fill it up halfway and shake vigorously for two minutes.

I’ve tried a few types of Kava & have come to the conclusion this is my favourite thus far. It helps me unwind & feel relaxed for a good few hours. I also sleep much better. Personally as a non drinker this still gives me a ‘special drink’ after a busy day. I surely recommend it & The Aus Kava Shop, for their prompt excellent service. I also suggest watching the videos regarding preparation etc.

Fiji Harmony is now and extra option for my relaxation routine. I enjoy a kava a few nights a week. It is quick, easy and convenient.

Love instant kava. First time kava user …it Has helped me obtain a sense of calm & peace without any drowsiness ….not a big alcohol drinker so I am happy I can feel relaxed without any of the negative after affect that alcohol can have. Although it doesn’t make me drowsy I am finding that when I do go to bed my sleep is better & I am waking up more rested & refreshed…
I have now ordered other types of kava to try as well. (Gonna give traditional preparation a go ) Highly recommend this product & Australian kava shop… delivery was quick …I also found the videos very helpful & informative. Bought instant kava as I have had a lot of trauma in the last 5 years …lm not a drinker but really needed something to help relax my mind & body. After a bit of research I decided to give kava a try. … I have found it provides me a level of calmness (without drowsiness) ..it’s a nice feeling as I have had a lot of anxiety & nothing really seemed to help me to get a break from that …kava has done that for me …it gives me some really nice calm time but allows me to maintain alertness to still function normally. The “inner peace” is nice. I would recommend this product & Australian kava shop as it was delivered quickly & the buying process was effortless. I have found their videos very helpful …anyone wanting to give it a try I would say…do it. 👍🏻
The taste is a little bitter (as expected) & I dont get any mouth tingling (as I have read on other sites) but some very mild numbing of throat & tounge that only lasts a few seconds.
It has given me the opportunity to find some calm & inner peace from a more natural product than I could have found by drinking alcohol (as mentioned not a big drinker) ..overall I’m really glad I found this & will be trying some other types of kava from this store as well.

If you are looking for something more stimulating and less sedating Fiji Harmony seems like the way to go. Also the Alu Ball Shaker is worth the money if you are a lazy bugger like me.
