As a newcomer to kava, I wasn't too keen on the brewing process. The Aluball seemed a quick and easy option and the reviews were great. I can confirm that it works with non-Aluball shakers and is easy to use. Just fill it up halfway and shake vigorously for two minutes.

Today is my second time with kava waka and found it to be very relaxing. As shown in the video with the Aluball l used 2 tablespoons. I didn’t have to wait long for the effects to set in. Calmness and feeling relaxed 😎. The aluball is easy to use and clean. Would highly recommend!!

Relief at last
I have some kind of Vocal Chord Dysfunction, there is a LONG wait to see specialists to get treatment. In the meantime, I experience up to 30 loud vocal stridors a day. This has been happening for at least 8months so far, my GP was able to get stridors down to 15 a day but nothing stopped the pain associated with the stridors. Since starting Kava I only have up to 6 stridors a day and pain has eased substantially as well. I am still on all GP prescribed medications and I have approval to continue within reason. I have 1 bowl in the morning after/with breakfast, then if needed another bowl in the afternoon if needed. Because of the response I have had to Kava I have also experienced a lift in my depression as I am not in as much pain as I was at the peak of my condition. I am so grateful for finding Kava!
