First time trying Waka, I've tried almost all the different Kava varieties you have to offer. For me the Waka was more of a body / overall relaxed experienced and not a heady effect some of the Vanuatu Varieties give me. I tried blending some of this with Melo Melo and enjoyed the mix of body relaxation and heady euphoria felling. Drinking Kava has helped me to give up the booze, which has helped me to loose some weight, which has been a great positive outcome for me. I would recommend kava to anyone looking for an alternative to alcohol.

I'd been using Vanuatu Natural, which is a fine powder, so my first mix of Melo Melo was too weak, as it's a lot coarser blend. My second attempt I mixed them both - two thirds Melo Melo and one third Vanuatu Natural. I also let it take longer to seep, both before and after the Mixing session in my Nutra Ninja blender. Great result - I experienced an earthy body buzz, as well as the usual relaxation. Looking forward to experimenting more.

This was my first time trying Kava so i chose the Melo Melo. Wow, what an unbelievable experience. Preparing is very easy and actually quite relaxing, especially if you put on some music or a podcast in the background. I had two bowls for my first session, spaced about 15mins apart. It was about 10 minutes after my second bowl that i felt a great sense of relaxation over my whole body and a slight sense of euphoria. The combination of the two senses put me in a really great head space, releasing any stress and anxiety i had from my work day, followed by one of the best sleeps i've had in a long time. What a beautiful product, i am very much looking forward to continuing my kava journey.
