Shipping FAQs

Do you deliver?

Yes!  We deliver Australia-wide*.  We do not ship overseas. 

* Currently we do not ship to the Northern Territory until such time as they change their Territory laws in relation to kava.

How much does it cost?

Delivery rates will depend on your order size and your location. Shipping costs start as low as $7 per order for express and should never exceed $33.

 

Can I ship to a PO Box or Parcel Collect?

You can only ship to a PO Box or Parcel Collect if is you use Australia Post parcel post or Australia Post Express Post.

Aramex Express DO NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES OR PARCEL COLLECT.

Which Carriers do you use?

We use:

Aramex Couriers - Only available for East Coast Metro. Not available for WA, SA,TAS and regional.

Australia Post Parcel Post - Ideal for regional areas just out of main hubs

Australia Post Express Post - Ideal for regional and rural areas when you want it quick!

 

Standard Postage delivery time

Australia Post Parcel Post: 2-10 days.

- "Days" indicate working days, i.e. Mon-Fri.

Please keep in mind that once your order has been shipped, we are no longer able to expedite the delivery time – your order is in Australia Post’s hands!

Express Postage delivery time

Aramex Couriers: 1-5 days

Australia Post Express Post: 1-4 days

How do I know where my order is?

You will receive a tracking email from our partners "Ship Station" advising that your order has been dispatched within 1 working day of placing your order. If you place an order prior to 2pm AEST, we will dispatch that same day.

 

Do I need to be home?

No, you can advise the delivery service that you wish to have your order dropped in a safe place at your residence if you wish.

Please note ARAMEX EXPRESS DOES NOT DELIVER TO TO PO BOXES.

Any authority to leave deliveries will be at your risk and we accept no responsibility or liability for any damage or loss caused to the goods.

How are the goods packaged?

Every care is taken to ensure our Kava get to you in good condition.  All our products are shipped in robust packaging to help ensure that the product arrives in the best condition possible.
