How do I Prepare my Instant Natural Kava Combo?
Quick Guide: How to Prepare Instant Kava
Measure it – Grab a level teaspoon of instant kava powder.
Fill it – Pop it into a tall glass and add around 100 mL (1 cup) of cold water.
Stir it – Give it a good 10-second stir until fully dissolved.
Smash it down – Tip it back and let the mellow vibes roll in. 🕶️

How to Prep a Traditional Kava – 3 Serves
Weigh it out – Grab 30 gms of kava powder (roughly 3 level tablespoons).
Bag it – Pop the powder into your Instant Natural straining bag
Add water – Fill a bowl with around 300ml of lukewarm to cool water .
Knead & squeeze – Dunk the bag in the water and knead and wring the bag for 5-10 minutes in the water.

The Australia Phase 2 Kava Trial started in 2022.
This means kava can legally be imported under a permit system can be sold. Once it has passed the quarantine permit process it is then sold as a food. So in summary, Yep – legal as a meat pie.
We only sell Certified Noble Kava, approved for import and sale. No dramas with customs, cops, or your missus.
We use Australia Post Parcel and Express.
Parcel normally takes 5-7 working days. Express takes 1-2 working days.

Yes – Absolutely safe when prepared in an aqueous method – the only legal way to do it in Australia. That liver scare from the ’90s? Turns out it was dodgy extracts, not proper kava.

Short Answer: Play it safe.
Kava’s not booze – but it does mellow you out and subtly slows your brain’s processing.
There’s solid evidence it can impair your ability to sequence events and react, even though you might feel fine.
In some states this might cause you to be charged with DUI if you are to admit to drinking kava and have an issue.
Kava is not currently able to be tested for or gauged with drug or alcohol testing.
