I find the coconut shells at Australia Kava Shop are great quality. Makes for a particularly smooth kava experience. Kava definitely tastes better for me drinking with the coconut shell. If getting kava I’d grab one of these too!

Having bought kava from Australia Kava Shop, I feel so much better with this Instant Kava, so much easier to drink and digest. I feel it boosts my ability to do things, think more clearly, and reduces my fear overall of things. I can think more in the present moment, and plan for the day. I’ve been trying to cut back on my mid week drinking and a cup of chai tea wasn’t really cutting it as a replacement! I have a serving of this kava and I get that instant calm washing over me. That with a glass of kombucha at dinner and I’m happy. It’s not cheap but you don’t need much. Great product!

Good quality strainer bag, I got about about 6 months of use from my last bag until it ripped when squeezing a brew, and that was using it 4-5 times a week. I've tried other bags from elsewhere and they don't last as long. Would recommend.

Super convenient and helps unwind after a stressful day, puts me in a nice calm and chilled mood. I find it handy to have some instant kava around for those moments when I dont have time to mix up a traditional brew, or to have while I'm making up a batch 🙂 Its "real" instant and not just micronized like other brands, I like to mix mine up in a shaker with some chocolate milk. Would recommend for first time users as the taste is less intense than a traditional brew which can put some off trying kava.

First time trying it, found it very relaxing!

I have been experimenting with Kava. (I prefer to use instant). I have found it great to wind down on a Friday after work, and to relax and sleep better on weekends. If I do have an alcoholic beverage (which usually disturbs my sleep) having a Kava afterwards helps restore my sleep. This one has been the best so far and definitely mixes the best.

I decided to go the natural kava, A little extra work involved in the preparation but well worth it. I found the natural had more of a punch to it but without the heavy stomach feeling that the instant powder had that I have tried from coles in the past. It works out that I mix a brew up every second day, Happy days.
