Love the Fiji Harmony, I've tried it in the past. My usual go to is Vanuatu but picked it up in in a great combo deal. Its more of a body calming and relaxing than the mind chill I get with Vanuatu, but still hits the spot, would recommend

I found this while googling alternatives for Alcohol. My expectations weren’t too high as I’ve tried a few herbal teas that have promised the world, only to feel nothing.

I switched from alcohol to kava more than three years ago. I have never regretted it either. With kava, you sleep better and wake up without a hangover — ever!

The Australia Kava Shop know their roots, most definitely, as their slogan implies. Harmony and their instant Piper Mystical Kava are my two favourites. Harmony tastes amazing in a cocktail or hot drink like hot chocolate. The instant’s taste, I find, leaves a little to be desired — but the effects are amazing and stronger, so it’s worth consuming even with the potent instant taste.

Instant Kava is great for busy weeknights when there isn't time to spend on traditional preparation. It is still of an excellent quality and potency. Also tastes milder and is gentler on the stomach. I really enjoy it as a much healthier and more conscious choice than alcohol, since mental clarity is retained and sleep quality is lovely. Wake up feeling fresh and well-rested rather than sluggish and toxified. So grateful to have found this excellent local business!

Using the Waka Root regularly over the last fortnight has been eye-opening. My mind was calm, I felt a little heavy, and all feelings of anxiousness had disappeared. I have been having some insanely good sleep since taking it. Deep and restful, without the guilt or hangovers from alcohol. The lower calorie option is a lifesaver.

I find the coconut shells at Australia Kava Shop are great quality. Makes for a particularly smooth kava experience. Kava definitely tastes better for me drinking with the coconut shell. If getting kava I’d grab one of these too!

I’ve been trying to cut back on my mid week drinking and a cup of chai tea wasn’t really cutting it as a replacement! I have a serving of this kava and I get that instant calm washing over me. That with a glass of kombucha at dinner and I’m happy. It’s not cheap but you don’t need much. Great product!

Good quality strainer bag, I got about about 6 months of use from my last bag until it ripped when squeezing a brew, and that was using it 4-5 times a week. I've tried other bags from elsewhere and they don't last as long. Would recommend.
