Our small dog gets extremely agitated when travelling anywhere in the car. Kalm K9 calmed her down noticeably, making trips more enjoyable.

Used k9 over 3 days to evaluate. Used 1 tsp on 42kg German Shepherd. Worked well. Usually he spends his morning barking at the neighbours as they leave but on k9 he just chilled by the door for a couple of hours.seems to work better on empty stomach. Thanks. BW . Worongary Qld

Here’s our two wonderful pups.

The black girl (Leia) is a Kelpie cross Staffy, high energy and a big overthinker. She’s anxious out in the world and her confident look hides the fact that she genuinely thinks everything is out to get her.

The curly haired lout is Mojo, he’s a super confident Cobberdog with a very curious and active mind.

Both always up for mischief. Mojo loves to investigate everything, and I mean everything. He has a knack for tasting everything that moves, and we’re still training him about Cane Toads.

We are an active family and often out until 8 or 9pm attending sports for our son, and that leaves us concerned about leaving the dogs outside unsupervised.

So, we have tried a few times now with the K9 Kalm by adding a teaspoon of peanut butter to their dinner. The dogs love peanut butter at the best of times, so it’s seen as a treat.

Then they come inside as the sun goes down and they can relax indoors in safety.

We weren’t sure what to expect, but wanted to give it a go, and we’re absolutely thrilled. The sleeping photos were taken around 9pm, they greeted us enthusiastically at the door to say hello, have some cuddles, show us that they didn’t destroy anything, and didn’t even annoy the cats.

I did notice with our two that we needed a bit more than a flat teaspoon, went a little more generous and gave a heaped teaspoon and it’s the perfect dose.

The great part is it’s not a sedative, they’re just chillin’ out. They’ll get up for a play, albeit not an enthusiastic one, and then just relax on the couch, floor or wherever they choose.

I just wish it was in larger containers, it has proven to be a wonderful addition to our household and really helps our two relax when left unsupervised of an evening whether indoors or outdoors.

My 6 year old anxious Jack Russel is finally a happy, chill relaxed dog. K9 takes the afternoon stress of other dogs and people walking past out home. As her owner my anxiety has also reduced
knowing Alice is living her best life hanging outside with the kids and not worrying about what's going on over the fence. My neighbours are also happy and have noticed the difference since we started using K9. I would 100% recommend kalm K9 to anyone who has an anxious easily overstimulated Dog. Hi ,I have a 10 year old Blue cattle dog who gets very anxious travelling and when thunderstorms around.I decided to try the K9 calm to see if it helps him.I must say it certainly did ,he was much calmer in the car and with a very loud storm that came through.Excellent product highly recommended for anxious pooches.

Brooklyn is an active young Rottweiler who loves play time, we both work from home and use Kalm K9 when she’s getting fired up as an important Zoom meeting is happening or if the weather is interfering with her morning beach or park run. A small amount gives us an hour of peace and she loves the peanut butter on a dog treat. Just like Kava on humans, the efficacy yields a nice chilled out dog when you need it, highly recommend this to anyone whether you’re dog is hyper anxious or you are needing to manage short term outbursts of chaos!

Ok ... I have tried the Mello Mello first then the Borogu and im sorry to say i had little to no effect i was mixing my batch very heavy and tbh i didn't know what to expect .. So my last ditch effort was to try the Waka and yep i understand now ... Such a calming and kinda chill out feeling plus i think a nicer taste than the others .. I ended up putting the rest in the fridge for tomorrow haha

Pretty decent shell. Nice and feel to it. I can tell its not for the weak as it is large in size and it feels like you're having a shell measured around VT500.

Borogu is my new favourite kava. This is the fourth kava I’ve tried from Australia kava shop and I love how versatile it is. It gives me the muscle relaxation that I crave, as well as calmness in the mind but without the heavy drowsiness of Fijian waka. It is a good daytime kava but is perfect for the late afternoon. If you do drink it after dinner, it won’t keep you up. Please keep stocking this one 🙏🏻

Quite happy with Borogu. Kava reminds me of my younger years when we'd buy Waka "under the counter" from the local Fijian supermarket. It's good to relax in a mild way avoiding the jagged edges and, frankly, toxicity of alcohol. The memories of the days when kava was either rare or actually illegal are both happy ones (of the times) but also reflect how some thing improve as rhe years go by.

Kava has continued to help me kick the alcohol habit. I wasn’t a big drinker but I do like to relax in my down times. Previously I’ve had naturopathic tonics including kava, but they were very processed. This kava is natural and has just a great relaxing effect. I do sleep so much better. Borogu is strong but not too strong taken as per packet directions! It’s great to try different varieties to see which ones suit you and Australian Kava Shop offers this. I absolutely recommend Borogu for chillaxing and sleep. And Australian Kava shop for quality products.

I am about 1/2 way through my first 250g bag and i don't know what i'm doing wrong but i can't say i notice any affect or if its just slight and i'm expecting something else ? ... I am mixing 4 tablespoons to 300ml of warm water and squeezing the life out of that little bag hahaha ... I have purchased a bag of Borogu from you and im hoping that will be different .. Please let me know if i can improve what im doing 🙂

When I first tried this Natural Kava, I have to admit I assumed it would be some weak kava blend that was just thrown together from cheap kava sources.
Boy was I wrong... they've taken a bunch of absolute premium kava and engineered a POWERFUL blend that's just a smashing upper head high.
The kavalactins, the feel good compound, must be off the scales on this blend. It's just an absolute bliss and inner peace feeling. So much so that it's become my favourite kava here.
The flavour is decent too, although a bit variable between grass and old leather. The potency is always the same though.
I really do highly recommend this stuff, and Cam's done an awesome job sourcing such a lovely kava.

Thought i'd share with you a little straining secret too, for those of you using a blender and straining it into a bowl.
You pour the kava into the corner of the bag, squeeze from the top, then squeeze the middle into an hour-glass shape, and intermittently squeeze the bottom and top of the hour-glass.
Makes straining the bag a whole lot easier, and you can squeeze every drop out.

Anyway, Bula! and enjoy the kava folks. It sure beats alcohol. 🙂

Love the Vanuatu Kava and the Borogu variety is my favourite. Its easy to drink, like other Vanuatu varieties I've tried it has a peppery creamy taste and not bitter like the Fijian kava. It makes a good potent brew with heavy heady effects and pleasant dreams. Been drinking Kava as an alternative to alcohol for just over 6 months now, its helped me keep away from the booze and I dont miss it (and lost some weight which is a win win). Would recommend Vanuatu variety to anyone and Borogu is a great one to start on. Mixed my NYE batch to see in the new year happy and chilled and without the hangover.

A well balanced kava that combined relief with a bit of pleasant euphoria

After trying an array of traditional Kava's I decided to give the instant Kave a go. I was more than pleasantly surprised by the experience! I enjoyed it more than the traditionally as one 10 gram glass felt more intense than all the traditional Kava I'd tried and lasted longer.

I don't mind straight kava; just toss it back. My wife however struggled until now (dysgeusia). Half a pod does the trick and leaves enough for round 2. The best for a quick fix for the taste challenged. Thanks for finding it!
